I'm a million miles away and rather than trying to find my way home, I'm trying to figure out how to go farther away. I say this because for the past few days, in spite of the chaos swirling around in my life, I'm finding the things that make me happy. From reestablishing friendships to a new focus on accomplishing my dreams, I've been on a relative tear over the last two weeks. This weekend it's all about making sure I'm doing the things that make me happy while not hurting other people. I never really thought about how my actions affect the people around me and perhaps that's why I find myself in the hole that I'm climbing out of. Life is good and getting better. What excites me and scares me all at once is that this isn't as good as it gets... I shot 256 MB of digital images and will post some of my favorites sometime over the next 24 hours. The picture on the right is one of my favorites. Taken at Moondoggies Pub in Pacific Beach on St. Patricks Day, it was a rather fun night.
